Awareness Through Movement® (group classes)

The Feldenkrais method has the largest body of movement lessons in the world. These are verbally guided, enjoyable and ingenious movement explorations. The classes are carried out in lying, sitting or standing each one taking a particular function or group of functions of movement as its theme. The intention is to add new possibilities of movement, regain effortlessness and ease in movement, reduce tension, eliminate pain, and increase our own awareness of how we unconsciously act to bring on unwanted states. People who do these lessons often experience a new lightness and freedom in their bodies and positive emotional states. The classes are open to all regardless of age or state of health. If, however, you are experiencing serious pain or lack of mobility please contact me to discuss ways of proceeding with the work.
